  • The Camden Company LLC is a VetHub certified fire sprinkler consulting and detailed design services, including fire pump, riser, and standpipe sizing and layout for initial permit drawings. We develop accurate, code-compliant hydraulic calculations and system designs (per NFPA 13 and local requirements) that incorporate building-specific hazard classifications, water supply data, and occupancy needs. Our deliverables include clear permit-ready drawings, specifications, and riser details that enable smooth approvals and accurate contractor bidding while optimizing system efficiency and cost.

  • We provide full construction administration support to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. This includes reviewing submittals, specifications, and installation drawings from the fire sprinkler contractor for conformance with the approved design; conducting jobsite visits as needed for observations and verification; and promptly addressing fire sprinkler-related RFIs with practical, code-compliant solutions. Our oversight helps resolve issues quickly, maintain documentation for AHJs, and support successful system testing and final acceptance.
